They're expanding their internal AI platform, and we're helping them secure an elite Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs). Someone that can architect, implement, and optimize mission-critical systems that power their products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, FinBERT) for fintech use cases like fraud detection, customer support automation, and real-time market analysis
• Lead the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of financial datasets to ensure high-quality model inputs and regulatory compliance
• Evaluate, select, and adapt LLM architectures for specific fintech applications, optimizing for accuracy, latency, and scalability
• Develop advanced prompt chains and multi-agent systems to support complex workflows such as KYC, risk assessment, and personalized financial advice
• Continuously monitor and optimize LLM inference speed, throughput, and cost efficiency for production environments
• Integrate LLMs with existing fintech platforms and APIs, ensuring seamless operation within cloud-native (Azure) environments
• Design rigorous QA protocols, including stress tests and edge-case validation, to guarantee model reliability and compliance with fintech standards

 

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT-4/5, FinBERT, domain-specific models) for real-world applications, ideally in fintech or regulated industries
• Deep proficiency with LangChain, CrewAI, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs for building, orchestrating, and integrating LLM-powered solutions
• Demonstrated ability to train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs using modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and manage model lifecycle from data preprocessing to deployment
• Strong skills in developing advanced prompt chains, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems for complex, domain-specific fintech workflows
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure preferred), leveraging Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for scalable, secure operations
• Proven track record integrating LLMs with platforms and APIs, building robust microservices, and ensuring secure, compliant data flows
• Experience profiling and optimizing LLM inference, latency, and cost for production workloads, including use of compact and sparse expert models
