Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, custom fine-tuned models), PostgreSQL, Azure, Docker, Tesseract/OpenCV for document parsing, and LLMOps tools for monitoring and optimization.

 

Summary:

My client is entering a new phase of intelligent transformation — evolving from a fastgrowing delivery platform into an AI-native logistics ecosystem. As the AI Transformation Lead, you will architect and drive this shift by embedding machine learning and data intelligence across every layer of the company’s operations, products, and customer experience.

 

This role goes beyond technical implementation — it’s about shaping the strategic blueprint for how AI drives value, automation, personalization, and predictive decisionmaking at scale. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy real-time, production-grade AI systems that generate measurable business outcomes — whether it's optimizing fleet eGiciency, automating customer interactions, or forecasting market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the company's readiness to adopt AI technologies and define a clear, phased roadmap for implementation.
• Design, build, or integrate AI/ML solutions tailored to key business needs such as demand forecasting, smart pricing, customer support automation, and competitive market intelligence.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to embed AI into daily workflows and enhance operational eGiciency.
• Lead the full lifecycle of machine learning projects — from ideation and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, opportunities, and highimpact use cases across the business.
• Build intelligent dashboards and decision-support tools that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions in real time.
• Oversee the execution of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Enable internal teams through training, documentation, and hands-on workshops to build a culture of AI literacy and experimentation.
• Report directly to the CEO with progress updates, business impact metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Define department-level KPIs aligned with the broader AI transformation strategy and monitor progress across teams.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in applied AI, machine learning, or data science, preferably in product-led or operations-heavy environments.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments and managing the full ML lifecycle (data preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment, retraining).
• Proficiency in Python and key libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch; and familiarity with SQL and data warehousing platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Weights & Biases) and modern data stack.
• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, recommendation systems, or real-time AI pipelines.
• Bonus: experience working in high-growth startups or platforms (e.g., marketplaces, logistics, or delivery apps).
