Product Manager
Our client is a fast-growing AI startup based in London that’s reimagining how B2B companies approach market expansion. Their intelligent platform brings automation and data-driven insights into the heart of commercial operations, helping businesses scale more efficiently and strategically. By tackling fragmented workflows and legacy inefficiencies, they empower modern business development teams to unlock smarter, faster growth.
This will be a hybrid role with the expectation of working on-site in central London 2-3 days per week, this will give you the opportunity to closely collaborate with the founder.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of impactful, market-ready solutions. You’ll shape the product roadmap and oversee the full lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration. This is a pivotal role, suited to someone who thrives in startup environments and has a track record of building scalable B2B platforms or tools.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to drive alignment, execution, and customer impact—bringing clarity and momentum to the product journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and user needs
- Define product requirements and success metrics based on customer feedback and market signals
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality features on time and at scale
- Support go-to-market activities with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Engage regularly with customers and users to validate hypotheses and shape development priorities
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision and architecture
- Monitor product usage and performance to inform ongoing improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scaleup environment
- Strong background in building and launching B2B SaaS products or platforms
- Experience in AI, data-driven tools, or business enablement tech is highly desirable
- Technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineers and understand product architecture
- Commercial awareness to be comfortable discussing product value with go-to-market teams
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager with a user-centric mindset
