Best commission in the industry
So lets get straight to the things I presume you want to hear the most. How much money can you make? Our OTE is £100k plus a year. This is because of our incredible commission structure. No thresholds and no caps. Starting at 20% and ranging up to 50% before your target is even hit.
Competitive Base Salary
We pride ourselves on being a high-performing business. Our team are motivated by the commission, but we also get that everyone needs to be comfortable to perform at their best which is why we offer competitive base salaries on top of our incredible commission.
We're a team that moves quickly and gets sh*t done. We know you have to spend money to make money. This is why we invest 7x more in resources than the average recruitment company. We also work on Macs... like I said we like to get sh*t done quickly.
EMI Share Scheme
From day one we set out to build something very special on the foundations of amazingly ambitious people. We want these people to be able to own part of this journey and reap the rewards for contributing to our mission. Every single person has the opportunity to one-day own part of our business.
We don't expect you to know everything straight away so we provide a thorough training program. Once you're up and running it doesn't stop there - we offer ongoing training as we are big believers in continued development, so this includes bringing in some of our friends who are industry leaders to share their knowledge which includes mortgage advice, financial, and mental health.
Clear growth plans
We are creating the recruitment revolution. We have plans for international expansion, and to even build our own tech. This means there will be tons of opportunities for continued growth. Joining as a trainee you will be able to see this growth plan from day one, and then it is up to you to seize it!
With our international expansion plans to Dubai, Miami and Toronto we will be offering relocation support to any of these locations. We believe that living in different cultures is the best source of personal development, so whether you relocate for the long-term, or just a year or two we will take care of everything.
Not one, but TWO incentive trips a year! A shared passion for the team is travel. So we reward our top performers with the chance to join us on two international trips a year. One in the summer, and one in the winter. In September 2022 our whole team went to Dubai!

Relocation not for you? But still have the burning desire to experience what it is like to live somewhere else - we offer the opportunity to spend up to 2 months at one of our other offices!

We give back as much as we can. This means sponsoring conferences all across the globe for the community to come together. We send a team there to represent our brand! From Canada to Poland, Paris, and New York. As we work all across the globe, we also promote our team to visit their clients, and paid for all expenses to do so. Some of our favourite memories are created on these trips!
Fast-paced and fun office environment
Our HQ is based in heart of London and we like to enjoy our time here. Bringing the team together means we move quickly and maintain elite performance. But it also allows us to have a ton of fun together every day. With a private balcony, rooftop, and ping pong table (cliche we know, but things are cliche for a reason, right?)

Other than travel, the other thing we absolutely LOVE is to eat good! Each month the top performers will be taken to one of the fanciest restaurants in town to celebrate!
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly prizes
Alongside our holiday incentives, and monthly lunch clubs we also ensure that we award people for high performance, milestones, and achievements each month & quarter. This is wrapped up with an end-of-year party and award ceremony. Last year the prizes consisted of Business Class Flights and a fully paid holiday!
We like to have fun together! This could be the company organising a trip for everyone to Winter Wonderland, Go Karting, or an Escape Room as an opportunity for everyone to let their hair down. Along with company-wide events, you can often find some of the team grabbing a drink together on Thursday and/or Friday nights!
Unlimited holiday (minimum 24 days)
We trust you enough to figure out when you want to go away and for how long for! If you are achieving your target then your holidays are unlimited.
On top of the 24 days holidays, we also give you your birthday off. It is the one day a year you can set in stone to switch off and celebrate yourself! We will also celebrate your work anniversary and milestones!
