• Design and implement high-performance backend systems in Rust
• Own infrastructure powering AI integrations, real-time collaboration, auth, billing, and telemetry
• Integrate LLMs, MCP, and GenAI capabilities directly into core product workflows
• Work on systems handling real-time data and user interactions at scale
• Collaborate closely with product and design to solve complex, user-facing challenges
• Improve reliability through deterministic testing and strong engineering practices
• Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and system resilience

Who You Are:
Requirements:
• Strong experience building production systems in Rust
• Proven background designing or operating distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLMs, MCP, GenAI) in real products - not just AI-assisted development
• Experience training, fine-tuning, deploying models OR deeply integrating LLMs into product workflows
• Strong fundamentals in systems design, performance optimization, and debugging
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration
• Willingness to contribute across the stack and engage in product-level decisions
