The Role
As a Blockchain Engineer (Rust), you'll be part of a nimble, forward-thinking engineering group focused on pushing the boundaries of what's possible in cross-chain wallet infrastructure. Your work will directly enhance a widely-used open-source cryptographic engine that powers interactions across dozens of major blockchain networks.
What You’ll Do
- Research and implement support for new blockchain protocols using Rust.
- Design and build robust systems that make it easy to interact with various chains through a unified core library.
- Refactor existing components from C++ to Rust to improve performance and memory safety.
- Maintain high-quality standards with strong testing coverage and reliable architecture.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience developing in the blockchain/crypto space using Rust, Go, or C++.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
- Strong focus on writing secure, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Comfortable working autonomously within a highly collaborative team.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing best practices for library-level development.
Bonus Skills
- Background in cryptography or security.
- Experience working with Rust across mobile platforms or targeting WebAssembly
